Need a Price Quote?

If you need a price quote before sending your footwear in for repair, please e-mail us a detailed description of the repairs needed as well as some pictures. Please note that without seeing your actual footwear, we can only provide a rough estimate.

Step 2:

Place Your Order

Step 3:

Send in Your Footwear to the following address:

**Be sure to include your name, return address and telephone number in the package with your shoes.

Step 4:

Asssessment

As soon as we receive your footwear at the shop, we will assess your order and reach out to you if we need to further discuss repair options and price adjustments that may be included.

Step 5:

Repair

Upon order approval, we will charge your credit card and begin the repair process. Once completed, we will ship your repaired items right back you.

Additional Notes

Clients outside of Canada would need to arrange for, and use their own preferred shipping method.

IMPORTANT – To hopefully avoid customs charges when sending us footwear for repair from OUTSIDE of Canada, you will need to write this note clearly on your package: “used footwear for repair, no commercial value”.
